- "Checkout/Check in" added to all inventories except Ammunition. Fields: Check out Date, Checkout Reason Check out Note, Check in Date, Check in Note. Maintains check out history records. - "Maintenance" added in Firearms (based on usage or schedules or both) and Edged Weapons (schedules only). Maintenance log contains date, reason/what, note, photos. Keeps historical maintenance records. Flexible schedules can be set with weekly or monthly reoccurrence. - Various bugs fixed. - Multi-language support added. Available languages in this version: English (United States), Polish (Poland), German (Germany), and Portuguese (Brazil). Please let us know any issues with translations or other languages we should add. You can set your language in Settings > Language. - "Dashboard" widget added to the home page. Dashboard sections include Quick Info links; Total inventory value and values by feature; Shortcuts to features and reports; Statuses and alerts: total checked out item count, next scheduled maintenance, overdue maintenance item count; and Charts with value totals by feature type and ammo counts by caliber. Configure your dashboard in Settings -> Dashboard. - CSV Import "Merge" mode added in addition to "Append" and "Overwrite". When using the "Merge" mode during CSV import operation, it allows users to update existing records with new data from the CSV file, without overwriting the entire record. |
